Description
These 44-cent United States postage stamps were issued on July 27, 2010, to honor scouting. The First Day of Issue event was held at Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia.
The stamp was designed by Craig Frazier and depicts a Boy Scout atop a hill with a silhouette of a Boy Scout dressed in vintage attire in the background.
