Description
This collectible Vietnamese postage stamp was issued on November 10, 1952, and features a portrait of Empress Nam Phuong. The stamp is overprinted with a red cross and additional surcharge, also in red; money raised by the surcharge was used to support the Red Cross.
These postage stamps were valid for use up to December 31, 1955.
