This set of two postage stamps from Papua New Guinea features a Raggiana Bird-of-Paradise (Paradisaea raggiana) and a trading canoe. The orange stamp has a 4d surcharge (black) on 2?d. The old value is obliterated with black bars. The yellow green stamp has a 7d surcharge (black) on 1s. The old value is obliterated with black bars in an oval pattern.
