Description
This collectible set of four Great Britain postage stamps was issued by the Royal Mail to commemorate the Centenaries of Cyclists Touring Club and British Cycling Federation 1878/1978. Stamps depict various types of bicycles ridden by cyclists, as follows: Penny-farthing and 1884 Safety Bicycle, 9p; 1920 Touring Bicycles, 10?p; Modern Small-wheel Bicycles, 11p; and, 1978 Road-racers, 13p.
