This set of five East Germany (DDR) postage stamps was issued to honor anti-fascists and concentration camp victims of World War II. Depicted on the stamps are: Danielle Casanova (1909-1943); Julius Fucik (1903-1943); Johanna Jannetje Schaft (1920-1945); Pawel Finder (1904-1944); and, Soja Anatoljewna Kosmodemjanskaja (1923-1941).
