This Austrian postage stamp depicts the "Ulmer Ordinari" and Melk Abbey. The "Ulmer Ordinari", an 18th century passenger raft, whose passengers were divided into classes, some even being allowed to "work their passage". On the stamp, the craft is seen passing the historic Benedictine monastery, Melk Abbey.
