This collectible censored first day of issue cover of of two postage stamps depicting a native sailing vessel and airplane was issued in the Philippines by the Japanese Occupation Force during World War II.

Condition: In appearance, overall fine to very fine. The envelope is partially sealed, and has internal tears where the paper on the flap has torn away from the envelope. There are light pencil marks on the front bottom left corner (identifying postage stamp catalog numbers) and to the right of the censor stamp.
All in all, a hard to find and good-looking item at a very reasonable price.
