Description
This collectible set of three blocks of four postage stamps depicting Mt. Mayon and Mt. Fuji was issued in the Philippines by the Japanese Occupation Force during World War II. The additional charge on the stamp was intended to raise funds for flood relief. ("Baha" means "flood".)
