Description
This set of four Oman postage stamps was issued to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Universal Postal Union (U.P.U.). These were Great Britain postage stamps that were surcharged for use in Oman which was, at the time, part of the British Empire. Stamps carry the likeness of King George VI.
Issue date: October 10, 1949.
Condition: Mint, never hinged.
