Description
This collectible plate block of ten 15-cent United States postage stamps was issued by the USPS to honor veterans of the Vietnam War, and was first placed on sale at Arlington, Virginia, on November 11, 1979. The stamp was released on Veteran’s Day to honor veterans of the Vietnam War.
Designed by Stevan Dohanos, the stamp was issued in sheets of fifty.
